In this modern world of hustle and bustle we can often forget to take time out and just drift within our own mindscape.
To get the maximum effect from this recording, find yourself a place where you are not likely to be disturbed, ideally in a darkened room and lying down in a comfortable position.
Try to empty your mind of all the days stresses and strains. Allow your mind to drift freely to a plane of weightlessness, also concentrate on your body, starting at your toes, thinking of every muscle, relaxing and switching off, slowly working up the body to the top, repeat this exercise at intervals.
Play this CD at a level that is no louder than a spoken voice.
